The Norfolk Family Justice Center co-locates services for victims of crime to better serve their needs. The center at 500 East Plume St, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA, is open Monday through Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. Crisis services are available 24-7 through the YWCA Crisis Hotline at (757) 251-0144.

Our Mission
The Norfolk Family Justice Center provides victims with trauma informed and victim centered, comprehensive wrap-around services by bringing together victim advocates from non-profit and governmental victim service providers, staff from culturally specific organizations, law enforcement officers, prosecutors, forensic medical professionals, civil legal attorneys, faith-based services, educational resources, employment resources, housing resources, representatives from community-based organizations and other relevant public or private agencies or organizations into one centralized location, in order to improve safety, access to services, and offender accountability.

The Norfolk Family Justice Center is a multi-agency collaborative designed to simplify the complex network of public and private services by providing centralized resources to victims of crime.
