Due to the State and Federal Guidelines requiring social distancing, the Norfolk Family Justice Center operations have moved to phone and tele-health services. Norfolk Police Department can be reached at either 911 or 664-7000. The YWCA Crisis Hotline can be reached at 757-251-0144 and can assist victims with reporting options, accessing forensic exams, emergency shelter and support services such as victim advocacy, safety planning, case management and counseling. We are aware that a stay at home order increases incidents of domestic violence and we want you to know that we are here for you. Our phone lines are open during regular business hours at 757-330-0376 and the hotline is available 24/7 at 757-251-0144.
